Associations and Platforms
Grupo DEX is a member of various national and international professional associations and technology platforms, some of which are listed in this section because of their relevance to I+DEX activities
smE-MPOWER
Strategic network of international advisors aimed to advise small and medium enterprises in innovation and collaborative initiatives across Europe.
Created under the FP6, is characterised to be:
Relational: The networks provides support to its members and explores collaborative projects opportunities, in an electronic manner and through a series of educational events
Strategic: Its members develop projects, find potential partners, seek funding opportunities and create business opportunities, adding a given value to each individual member.
Operative: It provides business coaching work tools, practice proven and developed from a shared knowledge platform.
MINATUSE
MINATUSE is a network which aims to promote the transfer of emerging micro-nano technologies knowledge to European SMEs as a way to increase its competitiveness.
MINATUSE is a European Networking initiative which was granted the Eureka label. It is composed of ten European members and it is actually in a development stage under the coordination of IMEC, Europe's largest independent research center in nano-electronics and nano-technology

eLearning Platform for SME
in the Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development" was presented by Fraunhofer Gesellschaft. The consortium is composed by members of the smE-MPOWER network, EURESEARCH, the Higher Education School of Western Switzerland, Itycom, Ability Europe, SalsaDev and the Steinbeis Hochschule Berlin. The tender also counts with an advisory group that includes relevant actors, such as the Nokia-Siemens Netwroks and Cegos
A success story
The final results of the 2009 CEEI/BIC Asturias project show an impressive success story:
- Ten companies have entered consortia that have presented a total of 13 project proposals
- One of the proposals was approved and is already underway (Research for the Benefit of SMEs)
- Five more projects were approved for financing and are now in negotiation (four within the Research for the Benefit of SMEs program and one EUROSTARS)
- Three projects exceded the minimum score required for financing
- One project reached the final evaluation in their call, reached by only two candidates

IAM-INNOVIA Project
I+DEX has collaborated with DEX Hungary in the preparation of the proposal "Intellectual Assets Management for Innovative Network oriented Entrepreneurs" -IAM INNOVIA.
The project was presented to the FP7-SCIENCE-IN-SOCIETY-2010-1 call by a consortium of partners from 11 countries that included the European Economic Interest Grouping DEX New Europe.
